At My Best creates the best results when run as a ‘whole school’ program – but it’s also available for teams and individuals. It’s been designed to seamlessly integrate with, and support, your existing performance and development planning processes. We work with staff in secondary, primary, public, independent and catholic schools.
This program involves a comprehensive career review, 360° feedback and development planning discussion. The two-hour, confidential one-on-one coaching session with a qualified At My Best coach allows leaders to reflect on their progress and satisfaction, and make plans to achieve their key development goals. After the conversation, the At My Best Coach writes up a personally tailored development action plan.
Designed to plan leadership development crucial to success, the program helps to identify strengths as well as gain an understanding of the key areas for development that will improve effectiveness. This internally run program supports and integrates with your own internal coaching resources.
